I have the same dream. I wouldn't mind being based out of one location, but with a job that could be taken on the road for extended periods as we traveled when and where we wanted.

My plan is to work part time and be able to take extended vacations. Depending on where the boys go to school, we are heading South.

Dh and my dream is to allow the last lil one to enter high school and DH will retire and we will start looking for a second home in florida so that when the lil one graduates from high school we can just move down here and either rent this house out or let one of the kids have it. We also want to buy a RV and travel some and see some of the great US of A !! Once we get to Florida Dh wants to work for disney of course as a film editor or a camera operator since he has his broadcasting degree. And I would be more then happy to work for disney in anyway possible until I get sick of all the people which will probly be after 3 months of employment!! LOL

I talked to a work-camper this week while we were camp'n at Defeated Creek. (She was telling me to get my truck off the grass. :naughty: )She was very nice bout the grass thing. Anyway, she must live in Florida during winter, least she had Florida tags, and works the campground as host in Tennesse at summer. Lucky stuff, I'm tell'n ya. :cya:

I would love to full-time it for a few years, see how I liked it, and take it from there. I could do my work from the road, with someone helping as a mail-drop. Do my work during the day, then walk out of the TT or RV and instant camping. Roam from place to place so I could see what I wanted to see, and still get my work done.

I'd have to get divorced in order to try it, though, and it's no good for the kids, so not worth it. But it does make a good dream.
When I was young I used to skinny dip. Now I chunky dunk.
